My house in Brookhaven sold in a matter of days on the market. I met Elizabeth a couple years ago and tapped her brain as to what I would need to do to sell my house when the time came. Her thoughts and suggestions were very helpful. Once we decided to sell, we had a pretty tight time frame and were a little panicked. Elizabeth was great in telling what we needed to do (not too much and not too little) in order to position our house effectively. She linked me up with excellent and cost effective vendors. We moved out of town before the house went on the market. Elizabeth was my "boots on the ground", coordinating painters, yard men, stagers, etc. She even stopped by to water the flowers. Once the house was ready to go, up went the listing, the "for sale" sign, open house and...sold! All along the way Elizabeth was professional, calm, friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me off the ledge a few times. I am glad we had her as a partner.

From start to finish (and well after), Molly was the consummate professional. We had a short window to view homes and make a decision. She was able to understand what we were looking for in a home and show us appropriate properties within budget. As we are new to Atlanta, her knowledge of individual neighborhoods was invaluable and gave us confidence to proceed with the purchase. We met Karina by chance at an open house, several months before we were actually ready to get serious about buying. But I kept her card (for probably 6+ months) because I was so impressed with her. So when we got ready to buy, we reached out and had a call with her. We also reached out to a couple other agents but we really felt like Karina was the best fit. Turns out it was the BEST decision. She has a lot of great qualities that make her a great agent, but I think what I would highlight the most is her crazy and wonderful attention to detail. There are a lot of steps in the home-buying process and some of them can go very wrong if not handled by someone who really knows what they are doing. Karina led us every step of the way and worked day and night to jump on everything quickly and extremely accurately. Just like most homebuying transactions, ours was unique in some ways and took a bit of special navigating. But Karina did it absolutely perfectly. Britton McLeod is an amazing realtor. Considering I was attempting to sell my rental home from over 700 miles away, I asked Britton to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to sell my home.
