She was able to set up full days of viewing homes for us while we were in town just for a day or two and already had all the info on the homes we were looking at before we got there. In a weird twist of fate and timing, we found a perfect home in Peachtree Hills and she was able to leverage her relationship with the listing agent to get us into the home before pictures were even taken. I'm a results-oriented guy, so here's what matters to me: During this entire process, we made one offer on one home and it was accepted, for a price we were comfortable with, something pretty unheard of in that market. The lender Kara suggested got us approved despite changing jobs in the move, and she has stayed in touch after the fact with help along the way. What else could you need?
