I can't recommend Austin enough. First thing I l'd like to mention is that all of this was handled while living 1000 miles away. From helping me find a contractor several months before even being able to list to making my first time selling as simple as it could be; I would almost be willing to go through the process again just because of how certain I am of the help and guidance that I was provided. My only gripe is that I can't use him for Austin, TX, but even then he was willing to match me up with someone local. Again. I can't recommend Austin enough.

Neeley coordinated everything from contract negotiations, the inspection, radon testing, a survey, closing attorneys, etc. Neeley is extremely professional and responsive. My husband and I were so excited to begin our home search in May 2020. As first time homebuyers, we were sick of renting and wanted a house we could settle into and finally start our family in. However, we quickly realized how competitive the market was and how few houses were actually coming available. After a handful of unaccepted offers on houses under a different agent, we heard from a family friend about Kim. Britton has been our agent for several real estate transactions over the past 10 years. Most recently, Britton represented us in purchasing a new home then led us through the process of selling our previous home On the purchase, Britton listened carefully to our thoughts while drawing on her expertise to guide us toward excellent terms for the deal. We received a full offer within 48 hours of listing. Once again, she maintained close communication with the buyer's agent to make sure that we had a smooth process all the way through closing.
