Buying a house can be daunting. For a first time home buyer, it can be overwhelming and terrifying. No matter how much researching you do, there are always unexpected questions and situations. When these occurred, Andrea patiently mollified any of my concerns by carefully explaining in understandable terms and guiding me throughout the buying process. Before we began looking at houses, Andrea took the time to get to know me, what my wants and deal breakers were, what part of town I wanted to live, and my budget. She asked leading questions, not only to get to know what I wanted, but so I could see the bigger picture and be open to possibilities that I hadn’t thought of. It didn’t matter to Andrea if we looked at 10 houses or 100, she was willing to take me to each one to make sure I got my dream home. Andrea understands that you’re not just purchasing a property, you’re making a home.

Judy is a great Realtor. I went through my first home purchase with her and she helped greatly. We were trying to find the “perfect” home and she patiently showed us many we were interested in. To her it wasn’t just another sale/transaction she put legitimate effort into helping us find something we would like and could afford.

This was my first home purchase, and Austin truly made the process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the surrounding Atlanta areas, and I trusted that he would help me find a home in a nice, safe area. Austin was extremely patient with the many “first time buyer” questions that I had along the process. He was very aware of my “must haves” and was able to maximize our search days by finding houses that aligned with my asks and price range. I will also add that Austin was very accommodating and available to check places ad hoc. Likewise, he was very responsive and I never felt like I was anything but his first priority. He goes above and beyond on everything which is really refreshing to see in a real estate agent. I will add that I was one of 7 offers on my house. I believe one of the reasons the seller chose my offer was due to Austin’s attention to detail. He prepared my offer according to their requests and requirements (the first time)- which the sellers later indicated wasn’t the case with the other agents. Ultimately the seller saw that this would be a quick and easy process working with us. Lastly, I was also impressed with the connections that he’s established. Austin was connected with many reputable companies- from lenders to flooring companies and locksmiths. Many of which I used during my purchasing process. This made it really seamless for me. Overall, Austin was fabulous (and a lot of FUN) to work with, yet meticulous and professional throughout the process. He keeps the process FUN!

Judy Patch is an exceptional agent and really took care of us. As someone moving from CT to FL we needed the experience of someone that knew the area well. She was able to understand what we wanted and work with us by guiding us in different areas. Relocation is not easy and can be a very difficult task. With Judy as our guide the process was much better... If we could have given higher marks for her, my wife and I would have. She is extremely competent and a GREAT pleasure to work with. I could go on, but I think it's enough to say that your agency has a great asset in her! Our sincere appreciation.
