We knew selling our first home would be challenging but it was a lot more emotional than we anticipated. Maggie was the person we trusted with our beloved home and she did not disappoint. From day one, she was kind and understanding but also is definitely a power player in the real estate market. When she arrived at our home, she made us feel special and appreciated the work that we put into our home. We wanted a higher price tag in order to feel comfortable selling our house but she ran with it and crushed it. She got us a full ask offer before it even went to market. Her communication was awesome- she even took her laptop to her Christmas party to make sure things got done. From how smoothly everything went, you can tell she is constantly working in the background. She's also got an amazing team! While we didn't go to market, we still received the beautiful marketing video and pictures that will be a treasured keepsake for us. Michelle, her closing coordinator, made things easy and organized. Scott did a phenomenal job selling my townhouse in Underwood Hills. Scott and I worked together to come up with a listing price that I was comfortable with keeping in mind my bottom dollar number I wanted to have from the transaction. Scott made some suggestions on what to do to help stage the home for sale. Being a busy professional, I relied on Scott and his contacts (painters / handyman / cleaning people) to help get things taken care of so the townhouse could sell quickly. We received an offer that was accepted less than 2.5 weeks after being listed for 97% of the list price. Scott is a tougher negotiator than I would have been which made up for a chunk of the commission I paid. I would highly recommend using Scott for any home sale!

Stephanie was a HUGE help in finding our dream rental in the heart of Cabbagetown. Searching for housing in Atlanta can be very disheartening as the best homes get snatched up so quickly- but Stephanie made the process a breeze. I definitely would not have found the spot we did without her help, attentiveness, and knowledge. Can't recommend her enough!

There are a lot of good real estate agents out there, but Anna is truly exceptional. We knew we’d be writing a rave review of her long before she finished ushering through the sale of our condo and the purchase of our house. Anna didn’t just show us houses and walk us through the steps of the buying and selling process. She went above and beyond at every opportunity to make it easier and less stressful on us. For every obstacle thrown in our way, Anna immediately presented strategic, practical, and cost-saving solutions. She buckled down on a Saturday night to write the offer that beat out other competing buyers. She helped us switch mortgage originators to meet a tight closing deadline. She organized contractors for needed repairs (and negotiated with a tile company when they got our order wrong!). And she networked within our condo building to find a buyer from within the building who bought our unit before it hit the market. Speaking of networking, she always seemed to know someone that was perfect for whatever we needed (including inspectors, contractors, photographers, lawyers, and interior designers). Anna works really hard and always made us feel like we were her #1 priority. I hope we’re in our forever home now, but if we ever move again, Anna will be our first call!
