When it came to purchasing my second home, following living twelve years in my first home, I needed an agent that was well informed of market conditions and possible areas of town that best fit my needs. Post-closing she has been indispensable, working with the builder to follow-up on required touch-ups and finishings. Scott Prather is a consummate professional! Patient, thorough and consultative, Scott was with us every step of the way. My wife and I were out of town buyers returning to the Atlanta market, and Scott was of huge assistance. When we would come in town he would literally drop what he was doing and always had a fresh list of properties to review. Scott helped us get a nice home at a very fair price! When it came time to close, he did an excellent job shepherding us through the process. We would highly recommend Scott!

We would like to give a big shout out to our realtor Jill Slone. Our situation was quite difficult as we had already relocated to California when our home went on the market. Jill went far beyond the call of duty of a realtor. She assisted us in finding electricians, plumbers, carpenters and painters and took care of coordinating details that would not have been possible for us to attempt long distance. She gave us amazingly wise counsel from beginning to end, always keeping her cool even when our sale took the inevitable twists and turns. This successful sale would not have been possible without Jill's extraordinary efforts. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

My realtor, Judy Patch was wonderful. She never minded all of my questions and concerns. She arranged and met the respective repair persons. She handled last minute requests of the Buyer efficiently.

Maggie was a great agent for us when selling our home that we had been in for more than 10 years and grown our family within. With small children running underfoot and a baby on the way, we were eager to get the house shown and sold quickly, and with as little disruption as possible. Maggie had it under contract at our asking price within a week of hitting the market! We would highly recommend her.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and had zero knowledge of the area other than some online research since we both have lived in the city. My husband was gone for work, so I was doing a lot of the buying process on my own. Knowing this, Scott made himself available at any time and would give advice on what would be a good investment. At no point did I feel pressured or swayed into any home. Since I was new to looking at homes, I didn't think to check the garage or closets, but Scott pointed those things out in a subtle way that really helped us pick the right home. I don't think we would've been able to find a home without his knowledge of the area, contacts, and his friendship throughout the process. We even found our lender and insurance through some of his suggestions and they both have been wonderful as well!

Kathy is a very knowledgeable realtor but best of all she is a caring and helpful person. There is nothing you can ask that she does not respond to and gets back to you as quickly as possible. As a client that did not know Atlanta well she could not have been more helpful in answering all our questions.I would highly recommend Kathy because she is very highly qualified to address all your concerns.
