We met Karina by chance at an open house, several months before we were actually ready to get serious about buying. But I kept her card (for probably 6+ months) because I was so impressed with her. So when we got ready to buy, we reached out and had a call with her. We also reached out to a couple other agents but we really felt like Karina was the best fit. Turns out it was the BEST decision. She has a lot of great qualities that make her a great agent, but I think what I would highlight the most is her crazy and wonderful attention to detail. There are a lot of steps in the home-buying process and some of them can go very wrong if not handled by someone who really knows what they are doing. Karina led us every step of the way and worked day and night to jump on everything quickly and extremely accurately. Just like most homebuying transactions, ours was unique in some ways and took a bit of special navigating. But Karina did it absolutely perfectly. We would highly recommend her for any home buying/selling...no matter the size or complexity of the transaction!

I would absolutely recommend Carly to anyone looking for a realtor in the Atlanta area. Our experience was impeccable from start to finish. Our experience was a bit unique in that we were moving from out of state and unable to see properties in person. Carly went out of her way to see properties for us and FaceTime us during the showings so we could see the houses. After choosing our future home Carly’s negotiating skills were second to none. If you have a house you want she will do everything in her power to make sure you get that house. In a very difficult buyers market we were able to get the house of our dreams over 15 other offers. We would later find out at closing this was largely thanks to Carly’s recommendation to “add a 3” end of our offer. We were also able to negotiate some additional terms during due diligence to get some concessions from the seller. Carly was absolutely fantastic and even gave us some renovation ideas after we bought the home. She will be the first realtor we contact next time we are looking to find a home.

Neeley is so amazing! She truly went above and beyond in every way possible, whether it was staging, finding contractors, navigating negotiations, or keeping us positive and excited throughout the process. She is so genuine and friendly too. We are SO grateful for all that Neeley did for us!

Katie went above and beyond in so many ways. She was diligent and always ready to take on any request or question that I came to her with. This was my first time buying a home and she did an incredible job of guiding me through the process and protecting my interests. Would highly recommend!

Julia was great to work with from start to finish. We had a flexible timeline but very precise desires for our first home, and she helped us find our dream home. She was helpful in teaching us all about the home buying process, as we were first-time home buyers. No question ever felt dumb with Julia and she was so accommodating and gracious to our many questions and needs throughout the months working with her. Carly was so wonderful to work with! As first time home buyers, she was so patient looking at house after house and finally found the perfect starter home! We started off looking at homes to remodel then quickly decided we didn't want to do a complete remodel. Carly was so helpful when we shifted gears and neighborhoods. Even after buying our home we ran into a few problems and she was so willing to help get in contact with the right people to fix/solve our problems! She has a passion to help people find the perfect home!! I would definitely work with her again!

I can not put into words how amazing Kim Junod is as a real estate agent. I have always heard from friends that buying a house was the most stressful experience they have ever had. That was not my experience at all. As a new home buyer, I had a lot of concerns but Kim was very patient with me and explained the entire process. She actually made it fun! Kim is very knowledgeable and is a great interior decorator. She also just renovated her own house so she was a great asset when looking at properties that needed work. If you're looking for a stellar real estate agent who's very knowledgeable about renovations and is also an amazing decorator, look no further! Highly recommend!!

Kate McKenzie was a complete joy to work with! She is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, but doesn't everyone want to work with someone that they like and 'click' with? Most importantly, Kate is trustworthy. She gave us all of the facts and advice, and then allowed us to make the decision that was right for us. Kate brought so much knowledge to the table and was able to point out items that were in our blind spot, so we had as much information up front. I highly recommend working with Kate, and look forward to working with her again in the future if/when the time comes!
