Austin was a dream to work with. He was not pushy and didn't make us feel rushed at any point during the looking, negotiation or closing process. He was knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide great insight into what was a good deal and if a house was even worth looking at. Austin went above and beyond in the negotiation process. He was on top of every detail and made sure we understood what we were asking for from the sellers. He knew when to push and when accept a counter-offer and that was a huge help for us, especially as first-time home buyers. After trying desperately (and failing miserably) to try and find a place for my husband and I on our own - we contacted Carly to help with our search. She jumped in two feet first and within a day or so had dozens of options for us to look through, all easily organized by neighborhood. She listened to our wants/needs/must haves and she was able to line up several of fantastic places for us to look at. She handled every bit of the process (from gate codes to coordinating with realtors) and made it SO easy for us to find our perfect place! She was highly organized, thorough, assertive, and never once did we feel like she was on anyone’s “side” other than ours. On top of all that, she’s one of the sweetest people I have ever met! Carly’s bubbly and optimistic personality was as present on the first property showing as it was the last. The only regret we have was not calling her from the beginning!

Julia is a great source for refining your areas to search, discovering neighborhoods and getting you acquainted with the area. Then her real skills come into play - she is great at putting the offers and contracts together to support you in multiple bid situations. She also has a great network of contractors and vendors to support during inspection and getting work completed quickly prior to moving in. Lastly, she is a wonderful person to hangout with as your exploring home after home. I would highly recommend Julia for any first time buyer (like myself) or a veteran who has bought multiple homes before.

Carly is the best! I can't imagine there being a better agent. She thoughtfully walked us through every aspect and stage of selling our home and got us our asking price within only a few weeks! Carries personality is so warm, approachable and friendly, that spending time with her so frequently while on the hunt for a house was a dream. We moved to Atlanta from out of state while I was pregnant & it was so comforting knowing I could lean on Carries knowledge of the area and expertise in real estate to get us through such a stressful life transition.
