As first time home buyers, my wife and I can't recommend Austin Landers highly enough. We had very limited time for our house hunt, and Austin could not have been more responsive throughout the entire process through email, phone calls, and texts. His humor and relaxed persona lessened our anxiety during what could have been an incredibly stressful process. In a competitive sellers market, we felt lucky to have someone so well versed in the process and so familiar with the desired location. Ashley helped us out in selling our home in Marietta and the purchase of a new home in Ball Ground. The Marietta home needed some prep work to improve its condition like some painting of the interior and carpeting in the living room. In general she was very efficient in getting people to view the home. Although it took a little time, once it was shown to a number of potential buyers she located one who really liked what they saw, as well as, the price. During the period of finding a buyer, we set out to find a new home that was a ranch style to help my wife with dementia to not have to worry about stairs. Also, the home we found was away from the busy Marietta area and all the housing and road construction taking place. Ashley was very helpful in the purchase of the new home also. She was very effective and efficient in getting things done in a timely fashion. We appreciate all that she has done and highly recommend her to those looking to sell or buy a home.
