A native Atlantan, Charles has superior knowledge of the local real estate market and has consistently been a top producer since beginning his residential real estate career in 2004. He is a Life Member and Phoenix Award recipient of the Atlanta NAR Members Association Top Producers Club.

 

Working with buyers and sellers throughout the Atlanta area, Charles is committed to providing his clients with his unsurpassed negotiating skills, market expertise, and dedication to complete customer satisfaction. In 2021 alone, Charles achieved over $32 million in sales — making him one of the top 3 agents at Dorsey Alston — and has over $200 million in sales since 2014.

 

After graduating from The Lovett School, he attended The University of Georgia where he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Active in the community, Charles has been involved with many different organizations, including Buckhead Baseball and Atlanta Mission.

 

Charles lives in Buckhead with his wife, Mary Benton, and three children.
