After 12 years in sales leadership roles with Silicon Valley-based startups, Chelsea transitioned into real estate to pursue a long-standing passion for community and investment in Atlanta. A native of Alpharetta, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Tech before her career took her to Austin, New York City, London, and Nashville. These experiences broadened her perspective and sharpened her strategic approach.

Chelsea and her husband live in Cumming with their ragdoll cat, Guinness. She enjoys mornings at Pilates, weekends on Lake Lanier when not with clients or hosting open houses, and evenings experimenting with new recipes at home.
