Eric Gant has been practicing residential real estate in the Metro Atlanta area since 2001. He is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser with the State of Georgia and a member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®. Eric has been certified as a Real Estate Expert Witness in the Superior Courts of Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, and Gwinnett Counties.
 
Eric is a native Atlantan who graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Advertising and then went to Graduate School at Georgia State studying Sports Marketing. He currently lives in East Cobb with his wife Kirsten. They are the proud parents of triplets (Boone, Greta, and Hadley) and big brother Brewer. Eric has coached soccer at NASA, YMCA, and Upward. He is a member of the Mt. Bethel PTA and Johnson Ferry Baptist Church and a former board member of the Princeton Lakes Home Owners Association.
