A native Atlantan, Kathy grew up immersed in real estate, with a residential builder father and a mother who was a very successful and long-standing real estate agent. She graduated from The Lovett School and Auburn University and spent 15 years in marketing and sales within the technology industry before stepping away to raise her two sons. In 2011, she launched her real estate career at Dorsey Alston, partnering with her mother and gaining invaluable mentorship that reinforced her commitment to exceptional service, attention to detail, and integrity.
Kathy is a founding member of the Jackson, Crahan, Ghirardini Group, a collaborative team with more than 35 years of combined experience. Together, they provide clients with personalized guidance, expanded resources, and seamless service throughout every step of the buying or selling process. Kathy and her team understand that real estate decisions can be deeply personal and emotional, and she is known for her honest, thoughtful approach and clear communication.
She lives in the Chastain Park neighborhood with her husband.
