Get to Know Me

Kelly Cortelyou brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to real estate, shaped by both professional experience and a long-standing interest in the industry. A Buckhead resident for more than 15 years, she lives there with her two teenagers and two dogs and has developed a strong connection to the community and the lifestyle that makes Atlanta such a special place to call home.

After graduating from the University of Florida, Kelly began her career in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she worked as an HR Manager at KPMG. Her years in human resources strengthened her skills in communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building, qualities that serve her clients well throughout the buying and selling process.

Kelly also held a real estate license in North Carolina and served as Treasurer of the Amelia Island Rental Property Owners Association.
