Meet Maddy Higgins

Maddy Higgins is a dedicated real estate professional who brings a personalized, energetic approach to helping clients navigate Atlanta real estate. Born and raised in East Cobb, Maddy is a graduate of Lassiter High School and the University of Georgia. She now lives in Poncey-Highland, giving her firsthand knowledge of both Atlanta’s established suburban communities and its Intown neighborhoods.

Maddy understands that buying or selling a home involves more than a transaction. It is a decision shaped by lifestyle, timing, goals, and plans for the future. Outside of real estate, Maddy enjoys long-distance running, staying active, college football, exploring Atlanta’s neighborhoods and restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
