Meet Margaret Brake

Margaret Brake moved to Atlanta to attend graduate school and has called the city home for more than 35 years. Having lived in several parts of Atlanta, she brings firsthand knowledge of the city’s distinctive neighborhoods, their character and history, and the qualities that make each one unique. She understands how much the right neighborhood can shape not only a home search, but also the way clients want to live.

Margaret’s connection to residential real estate began long before she became a REALTOR®. She has purchased, renovated, and sold multiple homes, overseeing major projects and working closely with architects, contractors, and trades from concept through completion. That hands-on experience gives her a practical understanding of a property’s potential, the realities of renovation, and the many decisions involved in preparing a home for sale.

She also brings more than 25 years of experience as an executive coach and consultant. Margaret established her own practice more than two decades ago and has advised senior executives and leadership teams across a wide range of industries, including Atlanta-based companies such as Delta Air Lines, UPS, Norfolk Southern, and Chick-fil-A. Her career has been built on listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, solving problems, and helping clients navigate complex decisions. She brings that same attentive, consultative approach to every real estate relationship.

Margaret and her husband have three children who were born and raised in Atlanta. She serves on the board of Summerhill Community Ministries and is an active member of Atlanta Westside Presbyterian Church.
