Menisha has served in her local community of Atlanta for over 15 years and loves being a part of city-wide community events. Real estate is a passion for Menisha, and with her earned MBA from Clark Atlanta University and B.S. in Marketing from Albany State University, she uses her training in Marketing Analytics and Research to scout out areas that are burgeoning with the class and charm of Southern living, which her clients are looking for. Her heightened consciousness of analyzing not only HOT ATL homes has served to help her locate her investment properties and transfer her knowledge base to prospective buyers.

 

Menisha is a native of Virginia Beach, VA, and worked in Nashville, TN, as well as Chicago, IL. She has found Metro Atlanta and the broader areas of the city's perimeter to be great places to live, work, and play, which is why Menisha is proud to call Atlanta home.

 

You will often find Menisha volunteering throughout the city, biking, and discovering trendy spots in her spare time. In addition, you may find her adding travel stamps to her passport. She welcomes the opportunity to earn her clients’ trust, business, and establish lasting relationships.
