After nearly two decades selling fixed income and derivative products to institutional investors across the Southeast, Teeny Carson transitioned into real estate in 2014 and never looked back. Since then, she has built a thriving business and earned a stellar reputation among both clients and fellow agents for her tenacious work ethic, emotional intelligence, and poised professionalism.

As a senior agent with the MCM Real Estate Team, Teeny brings deep market knowledge and a sharp attention to detail. She has a keen eye for what will improve curb appeal for maximum first impressions. Additionally, she understands that one of a realtor’s most valuable roles is guiding sellers through the home preparation process to help them secure top dollar. Following preparation, Teeny and her team work hard to develop personalized, dynamic marketing plans tailored to every home they represent.

Teeny’s experience doesn’t stop at helping others buy and sell. She and her team actively invest in, renovate, and sell properties along the Atlanta BeltLine—giving her firsthand insight into the prepurchase process, renovation potential, and long-term value. Her candid advice, tireless advocacy, and results-driven approach have earned her the trust of her clients and multiple Top Atlanta Producer awards.

Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, Teeny attended the University of Alabama, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity. She is married to Atlanta native Howard Carson. Their two children, Kate and Angus, attended Westminster Schools before heading to the University of Virginia and Auburn, respectively. When she’s not working, Teeny enjoys horseback riding, spending time at the farm with Howard, and most of all, being with her children.
