Tracey has been involved in the Atlanta real estate market in some capacity since graduating from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Business major with a concentration in real estate. She became a licensed real estate agent in GA before she graduated so she could immediately begin her career upon graduation.
In 1983, Tracey started her career in Commercial real estate in the areas of Financial Analysis and Property Appraisal. Then she moved into Marketing and Leasing of Office and Retail space as well as Property Management and the oversight of Asbestos abatement, Tenant improvements and Property renovations.
In addition, Tracey leased, maintained, and managed a small portfolio of personally owned rental properties, both apartments and townhomes. In two of Tracey’s personal residences, she contributed to the space planning design, specified and managed every aspect of these major renovations, both of which included adding a second story and completely gutting and redesigning the interior space with all new systems, kitchens and baths.
Tracey entered the residential real estate market with a wealth of experience and professionalism in many aspects of both residential and commercial real estate. Her experience, work ethic, and attention to detail ensure clients that their experience with the purchase and/or sale of their properties will be as seamless and as easy as possible.
Tracey’s focus is on her clients’ best interests and outcomes. While she works in many areas of the Atlanta market, Tracey focuses primarily on the Buckhead, Brookhaven, and in-town area markets.
