ATLANTA – Channel 2 Action news recently interviewed Dorsey Alston to gain perspective on the Atlanta real estate market. Action News anchor Justin Farmer spoke with Dorsey Alston President Michael Rogers to see how the metro Atlanta market compared to the national numbers.
Rogers highlighted the metro Atlanta market, which is performing better than the national averages. Atlanta real estate is looking up as the housing market shows signs of recovery. Rogers shared statistics showing inventory is down and the median home price is up compared to this same time last year, both indicators of a steady shift in market recovery and both ahead of the national figures in the same categories.
