ATLANTA- Dorsey Alston, Realtors, Atlanta’s oldest family-owned residential real estate firm, is celebrating 65 years of business this fall.
The firm was founded in 1947 by prominent Atlantans Roy Dorsey and Robert Alston, establishing a distinguished legacy of real estate services. Since its founding, Dorsey Alston has grown to over 150 agents who work in the city of Atlanta and beyond. The firm’s 65 years of service to the Atlanta community has allowed generations of agents and clients to become part of the Dorsey Alston family.
Though Dorsey Alston has grown considerably during the last 65 years, the firm’s foundation of community involvement has remained. Both agents and the firm itself are involved in causes including the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Atlanta Junior League and the American Cancer Society.
Dorsey Alston will host an anniversary celebration at the end of October. Guests will include clients, agents and special guests including politician Robb Pitts and former mayor and chairman of the Buckhead Coalition, Sam Massell.
