ATLANTA – Dorsey Alston was recognized as the No. 2 midsize company and as the company with “Best Direction” in the second annual Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Top 100 Workplaces contest. More than 1,000 companies were nominated to participate in a survey created by Workplace Dynamics, a partner of the AJC. In total, 43,500 workers at 188 companies in metro Atlanta responded. Of the 100 Top Workplaces, Dorsey Alston was the only real estate company.
Agents and staff overwhelmingly agreed that they love working at Dorsey Alston, consistently outranking the benchmark statistics of competitors in almost every category. Dorsey Alston stood out among respondents as the best of the best, earning an award for “Best Direction” because employees believe the company is headed in the right direction for continued success.
