ATLANTA – Dorsey Alston, Realtors has named Atlanta residential real estate veteran, Rip Sartain, their senior vice president and broker. Sartain will be joining the managing broker and senior vice president, Jim Ware, as the newest member of the Dorsey Alston executive team. Sartain has been a member of the Atlanta residential real estate community as a broker and lending specialist for over 35 years. Using his knowledge of real estate finance, Rip has worked as an instructor at The S&L Institute and Atlanta Area Technical School. A lifelong Atlanta resident, Rip attended E. Rivers Elementary and graduated from The Lovett School. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Atlanta Law School. Rip has been involved with the Northside Youth Organization as a coach and board member. He is also a Communicant of the Cathedral of St.Philip. Rip’s passion is teaching, aiding and assisting agents through the real estate process.
