Cary is a very knowledgeable and passionate real estate professional who takes the initiative to listen and understand his clients’ needs. He is also the most dedicated and hard working realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. While many realtors will fade off once a contract is signed, Cary stays on top of every detail and makes sure his clients' interests are protected all the way through closing. In our specific case, Cary was presented with the challenge of finding two investment properties in Atlanta. Not only is it hard to find condos free of rental restrictions, the properties needed to generate an attractive ROI based on potential rental income and purchase price.
