We are thrilled to announce we are expanding to Intown Atlanta.
While we’ve always been Intown, representing buyers and sellers in neighborhoods like Ansley Park, Grant Park and Inman Park, as of last week, we now own a 1919 home on North Highland Avenue in the Virginia Highland neighborhood. We will be moving into the former Harvest Restaurant location at 853 North Highland Avenue later this year!
Atlanta’s Intown neighborhoods are flourishing as a result of the public-private investment. Projects like the Atlanta BeltLine, Ponce City Market and Krog Street Market as well as a strengthening public school system have added to the momentum driving Intown home sales.
There is also a strong national trend of homeowners moving back into the urban core to be in walkable areas close to cultural institutions, unique dining and retail and public parks.
The Virginia Highland office is our third. We have the headquarters in Buckhead on West Paces Ferry Road, and we opened the East Cobb office on Johnson Ferry Road in 2014.
Today, we have more than 250 agents and recorded more than $100 million in sales in April.
We were founded in 1947 by prominent Atlantans Roy Dorsey and Robert Alston. For 72 years, generations of clients have trusted us to represent them with integrity, discretion and professionalism. In 2019 we remain Atlanta’s oldest and largest locally-owned and operated residential real estate company.
