ATLANTA-Dorsey Alston, Realtors was ranked as the No.11 midsize company in Atlanta in the third-annual Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Top 100 Workplaces contest. More than 1,000 companies were nominated to participate in a survey created by Workplace Dynamics, a partner of the AJC.
Nominees are then narrowed down and given a 24-question survey to evaluate employee opinions on the workplace in categories including Direction, Benefits and Conditions.
Employees largely cited the support and experience of management and caliber of agents as reasons for enjoying Dorsey Alston. The firm was also ranked among top midsize companies in the AJC’s 2012 rankings, taking the No.2 spot.
