Dorsey Alston Names Broker

Dorsey Alston Realtors, which has an office in east Cobb, has named Carson Matthews as senior vice president and managing broker. The Atlanta real estate veteran joins the executive team which includes president and CEO Michael Rogers, senior vice president and managing broker Rip Sartain and senior vice president and relocation director Patrick Wood.
