Georgia Vance

Born and raised in Atlanta with a large family who extends beyond the metro area, Georgia brings her knowledge of the city as well as experience from her 10+ years in hospitality combined with years as an interior designer to help her clients navigate the real estate market. With a hospitality background, she ensures her client’s needs are met with close attention to every detail and maintains a strong commitment towards a smooth transaction. Her background in design helps clients visualize a home’s potential in any setting. Georgia feels buying a home is more than your most important purchase, it is your place of security, comfort, and escape. It is her privilege to guide you to this sanctuary or through the emotional process of selling a beloved home.

Georgia attended Northside High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia. Georgia returned after college to Atlanta and worked in hospitality for the Ritz Carlton Atlanta before returning to school for a BA in Interior Design and starting her own interior design business. After taking a break to raise her three children, Georgia re-entered the hospitality field at Concierge Services of Atlanta as a Corporate Concierge before bringing all of her experiences to residential real estate at Dorsey Alston.

Community is very important to Georgia. After years of participating in many fundraising efforts for her children’s school and activities, she now resides on the Elle’s Angels Atlanta board where fundraising efforts support clinical trials leading to a cure for cerebrovascular brain tumors that threaten the lives of young children worldwide. Georgia’s personal relationships helped foster a liaison between EAA and Emory’s new Brain Restoration Center, expanding the foundation’s philanthropy to research and technology aiding patients suffering from ALS, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, stroke, and traumatic brain injury. She also serves as Secretary on the board of her personal community, Tara Townhomes.
