Kristin Carpenter

Kristin is a native Atlantan, born and raised in Inman Park, and a graduate of Pace Academy. She loves this city! After chapters in DC, San Francisco and Boston, the running joke in her friend group was that she was the city of Atlanta’s top recruiter, selling friends and strangers alike on all that Atlanta has to offer. Kristin took a winding path to real estate, starting her career in corporate finance at Deloitte followed by joining Teach for America and then Purpose Built Schools Atlanta, working to turn around under-resourced schools on the south side of Atlanta.

As the daughter of an architect, an investor in real estate and a self-proclaimed ‘DIY contractor’, Kristin brings a creative eye and a can-do attitude helping her clients envision their dream homes. Her honesty, conscientious nature, diverse skillset and network, along with her passion for all things Atlanta have allowed her to quickly earn the trust of clients throughout the city.

She and her husband recently renovated her childhood home in Inman Park, where they now reside with their two rescue pups, Laney and Archie. In her free time, you can find her stuck in a sand trap, on the tennis court, fixing a leak at her rental properties, or hanging with her friends and family at one of the many great restaurants or breweries Atlanta has to offer.
