The Northside Neighbor picked up on a great story of two friends since middle school joining Dorsey Alston, and then forming their own team. Each brings a unique perspective to Atlanta’s residential real estate market.
From the article:
Friends since the sixth grade at Lovett, Susan Calahan and Geoff Friedman have joined forces at Dorsey Alston.
The Calahan/Friedman team launched in January. Both are 1987 Lovett graduates and lifelong Buckhead residents and have a combined 45 years of real estate experience.
“Forming a team seemed to be the next logical step in a natural progression towards maximizing the benefits to my clients,” Friedman said. “Selling real estate in this market is part hustle … part what you know … and part who you know. The right team turbo-charges what we offer to our clients.
That’s where my long-time friend Susan Calahan comes in. I cannot think of anyone who possesses more of the hustle, the ‘what’ and the ‘who’ than Susan. We are both native Atlantans, and have seen all the changes in our communities throughout the years. In talking with our clients, they appreciate that we bring a true ‘local’ perspective when helping them make these important decisions.”
