Margaux helped me find my new home after a big life change. She was so sweet, patient and most of all thorough in helping me find a wonderful home. Margaux was great to work with for a home in an intown school district (E Rivers). She found homes and got us in to see them early so that we did not miss out. For the home that we ultimately purchased, the seller accepted another offer over ours, and when the other buyer backed out, Margaux presented our offer again and the seller accepted. It was Margaux's persistence that got us into our forever home.

Margaux Espy made the purchase of our house in Garden Hills so easy and delightful. She was there for us at every turn. Her committment to service and professionalism was evident throughout the entire home buying process! Even after the closing of our house, she continues to assist us with a number of details.
