We could not be happier with our experiences with Maggie. She has helped us with three transactions to date, buying, selling and buying. Simply, she knows what she’s doing and her network is extensive in the city. A few years ago she helped us buy our first home and after adding a bathroom and closet addition per her suggestion we were very happy with the results and added value. More recently, she helped us go under contract on a purchase and sale all within one week. She showed us a home, helped us beat out several offers, helped us stage, photograph and sell off market, and orchestrated several dates to make sure closing and a lease-back went as smooth as possible.
