I cannot begin to cover the myriad ways in which Ashley made the process of listing and selling my parents' house the success that it was from start to finish. She talked with my father at length about realistic comp's and how the sale might proceed. She gave me valuable advice on prepping the house for sale and staging. When it came time to make select repairs, updates and small remodeling projects to maximize the house's value, Ashley put us in contact with several contractors who were professional, responsive, efficient and did great work. When it became apparent that housing values had begun to spike, Ashley made sure that our pricing reflected that trend and, yet, the house was still under contract within three days. She stayed in constant touch with us throughout the entire closing process and her communication from start to finish was everything that we could have hoped for.
