Hannah is the best! Much more than an 'agent', Hannah Skinner is a true real estate consultant that has a Plan from start to finish. I had been in touch with Hannah several months before listing and she was very open to all our discussions. When we decided to list the house, she gave me three price points with corresponding optional improvements for the home. This was very important, as 1) I was no longer living in Atlanta 2) the neighborhood we listed in is very unique and required specific knowledge and planning 3) and as it showed Hannah was looking out for my best interest first. The best decision I made was trusting her plan and BOOM! - we were under contract in 4 days, and closed about a month after than. Hannah's optimistic persona, truthful evaluation of your expectations, and eye for design made this a very enjoyable experience.

I cannot say enough about Hannah! Our house had been on the market with an other agent for months and months with no offers and we decided to take it off the market and reevaluate. We contacted Hannah and she came in with an honest view on pricing and the market-based evidence to back it up. She used her own furniture and art to stage our house so it appealed to buyers. She immediately answered all our questions and worked hard for us in negotiations. We had multiple full price offers in under 3 days on the market! She KNOWS the westside/Underwood Hills market and her experience with design is a huge asset to her clients!

We reached out to Hannah as we kept noticing that she sold almost every house in our Underwood Hills neighborhood, so we figured she must be pretty good. We also had mutual friends who had used her before and had great experiences. We had a really tough house to sell with a very steep driveway and right next to the interstate. She was super helpful in getting our house staged and advising on repairs that would help maximize the selling price. We had some unforeseen issues pop up along the way, but she was able to guide us through them and we were able to get the house sold for a great price! Would definitely recommend, especially if you are buying or selling in the Underwood Hills area or surrounding region, that you give her a call!
