The process had been painful and discouraging until Judy got involved. I had nearly given up. She was able to act immediately to negotiate the price we were willing to pay and within 2-3 weeks we closed. She is professional, honest and knowledgeable. All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately and she was willing to be at the house in short notice.
