I had the pleasure of working with Carrie Bazar on the recent sale of my home. With an almost full price offer the day after listing, I thought the transaction was going to be a cake walk. After inspection, that mindset was quickly changed. As an out of state seller, I was panicked with the list of repairs that were going to be necessary to close on the home. Carrie went above and beyond her real estate "duties" She happily found and met several contractors to make repairs, she made call after call to source products, and when dealing with last minute changes, she was always flexible and proficient.
