As a first-time home buyer, Stephanie made the process enjoyable from beginning to end and educated me along the way, answering all the questions I had (and I had a lot of questions). Stephanie sat down with me early on in the process when I was "just looking" and got to know me and what I was looking for in a home, so when I was in a position to make a purchase, she knew what I wanted and delivered many good options. I was active in the search process myself, but it was ultimately a home that Stephanie found that I knew was the right one for me as soon as I walked in the door. She had setup a tour within a day of the home hitting the market; she worked diligently to quickly prepare an offer, giving me regular updates and advice along the way as we adjusted the offer to compete with other bids, and the closing process was seamless. She found me a great home, represented me very well, and really was a joy to work with. She also recommended a couple of mortgage lenders (one of which I ultimately selected and was very happy with) as well as a contractor to do some cosmetic work on the home post-closing. I look forward to working with Stephanie again when it's time to purchase my next home! 10/10!

Stephanie was a HUGE help in finding our dream rental in the heart of Cabbagetown. Searching for housing in Atlanta can be very disheartening as the best homes get snatched up so quickly- but Stephanie made the process a breeze.
