Tatiana, who is originally from Brazil, has called Atlanta home for 18 years.

An architect and urban designer by training, specialized in interior design and remodeling, Tatiana has an International Affairs Master’s Degree from Georgia Tech under her belt.  Her diverse career path includes a seven-year tenure as a Marketing Manager at CNN, launching two startup companies, heading a design and remodeling firm, and managing a portfolio of real estate investments (including short-term rentals) throughout Georgia.

Tatiana’s unique multicultural background, language proficiency (Spanish, Portuguese, and English), strong architectural, design, and digital marketing knowledge, coupled with a deep understanding of housing trends in the region and an entrepreneurial attitude, allows her to offer a distinctive real estate experience.

Tatiana resides in Buckhead with her husband, two daughters (she is a proud Sarah Smith Elementary School mom!), and their beloved French Bulldog.  She is also actively involved in the vibrant Atlanta international community and loves helping newcomers to make a soft landing in our city.

Beyond her real estate endeavors, Tatiana is an avid reader and a passionate skier.  During her free time, when not on the slopes, you will find her taking a break in Lake Oconee, hiking in Blue Ridge, or fishing with her family in the Golden Isles.  She also enjoys hosting friends and exploring old and new Atlanta fine dining.
