Frank began his real estate career in 1998, quickly rising to become a top agent at the largest ReMax office in Atlanta. Frank joined Dorsey Alston in 2005 and was a top-five agent in 2005 and 2006. Frank was a top 10 agent in 2009 and 2010. Frank was in the Top 5% of individual agents with the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® in 2012. In 2015, he earned the Phoenix Award.

Frank brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience with Fortune 500 Companies like Hershey Foods, PepsiCo, and Sara Lee. Frank was a Divisional Sales Manager at Sara Lee. He was also Director of Sales at Edwards Baking, a local Atlanta-based company.

Frank lives in Chastain Park with his wife, Kim, and two children. Kim is CEO of BankSouth Mortgage. Gideon attends the Galloway School and Gali attends Jackson Elementary School.
