Real estate has long been part of Kathy’s life. Raised in an Atlanta family deeply connected to the industry, she grew up with a residential builder father and a mother who built a long and successful career as a real estate agent. A graduate of The Lovett School and Auburn University, Kathy began her real estate career at Dorsey Alston, where she partnered with her mother and gained invaluable mentorship that shaped her commitment to exceptional service, integrity, and attention to detail.

Kathy is a founding member of The Jackson Crahan Ghirardini Group, a collaborative team with more than 35 years of combined experience. Together, they provide clients with expanded resources, strategic market insight, and seamless service throughout the buying and selling process. Known for her honest advice, thoughtful perspective, and consistent communication, Kathy helps clients feel confident and well-informed every step of the way.

Over the course of her career, Kathy has consistently ranked among Atlanta’s top-producing agents. She is a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers and ranks in the top 5% of agents by sales volume. Her team, the Jackson Crahan Ghirardini Group, was recognized as the #2 Large Team company-wide at Dorsey Alston in both 2024 and 2025.

Kathy lives in the Chastain Park area with her husband and remains actively involved in the Atlanta community.
