We met Karina by chance at an open house, several months before we were actually ready to get serious about buying. But I kept her card (for probably 6+ months) because I was so impressed with her. So when we got ready to buy, we reached out and had a call with her. We also reached out to a couple other agents but we really felt like Karina was the best fit. Turns out it was the BEST decision. She has a lot of great qualities that make her a great agent, but I think what I would highlight the most is her crazy and wonderful attention to detail.
